Cancellation & Refund

1. A booking can be cancelled by the user through the Drivars mobile application or website. Alternatively, the user may also contact the customer care and request a cancellation.

2. In case of cancellations prior to 2 hours of pickup time, user will be charged 2% of the total transaction amount subject to a maximum of Rs.2000. The refund will be credited to the user's account with in 7 working days.

3. For cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup time, user will be charged 5% of the transaction amount subject to a maximum of Rs.2000. The refund will be credited to the user's account with in 7 working days.

4. In case driver reached to user location, at that time cancllation will cost the user 50% payment of the totaltide as compainsation for driver.

5. Any coupon code, applicable once per user, applied to this cancelled booking shall be treated as utilized and shall not be reactivated.

6. If a user wishes to cancel his/her booking for COVID19 Safety Precautions, they will be entitled to full refund to their Drivars wallet only. This wallet balance can be used to make any bookings on Drivars in the future. To cancel your booking for this reason, please contact our customer support via email info@drivars.com or call 8889096508 (Refund will not be done to your bank account/card/external wallet).
